Now Hiring: Development Director
Remote/Hybrid | Full-Time | Senior Leadership

Position can be based in Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; or Philadelphia, PA

New Voices for Reproductive Justice is seeking a strategic and values-driven Development Director to lead our fundraising and sustainability efforts. This senior leader will guide all aspects of development—from cultivating key donor and foundation relationships to managing grants and stewarding a multi-million dollar giving portfolio.

We’re looking for a strong communicator and experienced fundraiser with a passion for Black liberation, Reproductive Justice, and community-centered work. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in nonprofit development, a history of securing institutional and individual gifts, and a strong understanding of the issues impacting Black women, Black queer folks, and Black marginalized people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement a comprehensive development strategy

• Manage grant writing, reporting, and donor communications

• Cultivate new and existing funding relationships

• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning

• Maintain accurate development data via Bloomerang CRM

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience

• 5+ years of senior leadership and team management

• Experience with Reproductive Justice or movement-aligned work

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-million dollar portfolios

• Proficient in donor CRM systems (preferably Bloomerang)
